This place is Old! The property management here must be completely delusional with what they have raised the lot rent too. First off this is a retirement community. The prices here reflect pricing that one would expect for housing for someone who is still working. Dressing up the neighborhood with fencing and a larger sign is absolutely no excuse for what's charged here. Please if you are looking for a retirement home, reconsider before buying one in this community.

Great place to live. I feel very safe in my home & walking in the park with my dog. Very well maintained, roads are wide and newly paved. People are very friendly.

Park management is increasing the monthly rent by $115 to $440 effective Jan. 1. They do not take care of the hazards threatening the renters' mobile homes, such as old unmaintained trees, and many sustained damage during Hurricane Irma as a result. Most tenants are seniors without much in the way of resources. Run away from this park.
