This place is great the people who work there are great to deal with. The turkeys are heaven

So my husband and I decided to pay for my mother-in-laws turkey.  She gets it here every year and now she really cannot afford, but she wanted to do it for the family.  She would not accept us paying for it so we were just going to pay and she woild pick up.  Then she would have no choice but to take it.  
I called this morning and told the lady that I wanted to pay for my mother-in-laws turkey.  She asked the name, which I gave her.  She did said hold let me let you speak to my daughter.  Her daughter said that they were too busy and i could come in to pay.  I left work early so that I would make it there before they closed.  I get there let them know that o was here to pay for the turkey and not take it home. She said, "Oh no we cannot do that.  I have no way of tracking.  We're too busy." What kind of place does not take the time to take care of their customers. Or allow a family member to help another member who is too proud to take help.
We have been going here for several years, but we wont be back.  They are supposed to be a family-owned business, but they don't care about their customers.  How hard is it to mark paid, but not picked up on one turkey?

Delicious fresh turkeys, from whole turkeys to turkey breasts. Plus a whole assortment of sausages and meatballs.
A Thanksgiving and Christmas must for my home.

I go every weekend for lunch meat. The turkey breast was the best Christmas turkey I've ever had.

Smoked turkey is incredible, great selection of fresh products, too.  Try the red wine and garlic sausage, you'll be hooked!
