I called up here to see if they had any space heaters. I had never heard this location referred to as gazaway ace only “ace hardware”. Wanting to make sure I had the right location in Jonesboro I asked if this was “ace hardware” in Jonesboro. Shannon responded “that’s literally what I just said” I’m not sure if being rude to customers is standard customer service but I would never spend a penny here. Get employees who know how to talk to people.
Smaller hardware store with a easy access location. Does not have the selection of a larger chain store.
Very helpful employees,friendly. I'll be going back to get paint and supplies. I love the atmosphere what I mean is. They care about you and want you to understand the best options. Not just trying to get you to buy the most expensive items.
