This place has a nice lounge to visit especially if you saw a show in the nearby Goodyear Theater. Unfortunately the management must not pay attention to nearby events that may draw a crowd into their lounge. The place was packed and only one bartender was working. He was hustling and doing his best but there should have been a couple more tending the bar. This Hilton location miss a good revenue stream that night by not being able to handle the bar inrush crowd.

A non-profit I volunteer with has hosted their auction here for the last three years. Every year the staff from wait staff and kitchen crew to the event coordinator is super accommodating and friendly. The venue is beautiful as well and the food is delicious.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, lobby was nicely decorated and the customer service was top notch. Staff was incredibly friendly! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Directly off 76 on the east end of Akron. Easy on/off highway access, and directly on Market Ave for direct access to downtown (7-10 minute trip). What you'd expect from a Hilton family hotel: clean, well-furnished, and suitable amenities.

The staff was amazing from food, cleaning, hosts, etc. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. The areas and rooms were clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was done right. Kudos to the bartender who served us dinner and the check in ladies who were hilarious. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
