The staff were friendly.  The room and bathroom was clean. The room was a bit noisy as I could hear the bed upstairs creaked when people got in and out. My room was right next to the elevator so I got compressor noise.  I am sure they would have moves me if I had asked.  Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. Only disappointment was the business center printer did not work. I rarely ever need one, but this time I did.  The biz center maintenance is outsourced and the it help never fixed it even overnight.  Had to go to a fedex to print what I needed.

Excellent stay. Nakia, the night staff, was absolutely amazing. The sweetest and most helpful person I've met in a long time. I recommend you stay here just for the chance to meet this beautiful young lady.
She was helpful, kind, intelligent and welcoming!
The rooms were clean and very comfortable too

beautiful staff
Comfortable beds,  pillows you sink into. I love staying here.
I stayed in January due to family troubles and I was overwhelmed with stress. Nikia the over night girl seem to have a few bad reviews but I love her, she has an amazing smile and warm conversations to be so young she is very wise and caring. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would like to say Thanks again Nikia for the moments of bliss through my troubled time.

Very nice, friendly hotel. Parents stay there when they come to town. Convenient location- right off the highway, walking distance to CVS and a several casual but good restaurants.

The lobby is beautiful, the employees are friendly, and the room is clean. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows could have been more substantial. They feel like poof balls of air. But that is my only complaint about the entire experience. The price was reasonable and included breakfast. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.
