The overall experience we had at this hotel was terrific. Management and staff exhibited themselves in a courteous and professional manner. Well managed and excellent customer experience. Went the extra mile.The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms and facilities kept clean, and consistent/ample complimentary continental breakfast options. Located on a convenient and quiet side road. Five stars out of five stars.

It is exceptional clean and staff is friendly. Stay here 2-3 times a year with no complaints. Close to Annapolis, Baltimore, and DC. Complementary breakfast is great. Not best, but I have never gone away hungry and variety is good if you stay for several days.

Nice hotel and great for families. The suite was great but I wish there was a door and 2 tvs. Having the TV in between the 2 areas is distracting to kids trying to sleep even with it turned away. I would have moved it but it was bolted down. Another complaint is there were only Waffles on Saturday morning and not during the week. Waffles are my toddler's favorite and we were expecting them.

My daughters spent a week at the Spring Hill Suites and loved their room. The staff was very gracious and attentive. Great breakfast selections. The general manager was kind enough to even help my daughter (21) jump her car when the battery died.
