I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years. The facilities are well managed and the customer service has always been professional...until my most recent stay. I had a minor incorrect charge on my bill. When I spoke to the customer service representative, the conversation was less than pleasant. I don't appreciate constantly being cut-off mid-sentence, and argued with, by a young-fast-talking receptionist. I expect better customer service and a higher level of professionalism.

Was there for a 2 day conference. Their conference rooms were clean and bright. The provided meals were of very good quality. What I saw of the hotel was positive.

The rooms and set up are a 5, decent exercise equipment and decent pool area. Service, front desk and cleaning staff are good. It does the job for the price. 

However their motto is satisfaction guaranteed and they do not live up to it.  First, I had breakfast the hotel restaurant, about 10$ for cold scrambled eggs and cold hash browns. The waffle maker was out of waffle mix. Granted this was at 8 am, so you would think they would have it set up. 

Second, I bought water and a snack from the hotel pantry. I asked for an itemized receipt and both front desk attendees said: "we do not do that, the system does not do that" , when I said you have paper, a printer, and a  Hampton hotel letterhead, just type up the items, and throw a signature on the paper they answered " Sorry it is hotel policy" to not provide itemized receipts (What :S) ?

No it is not, I have stayed at other hamptons, they take the extra 5 minutes and write it. 

Today I needed a simple piece of paper, tomorrow you will need something else and not get it. I saw a couple other hotels by it, do yourself a favor and stay away from the bad service.

Breakfast buffets are excellent. One of the best made-to-order omlets I've ever had. The pasteries were fresh and delicious. Fresh fruit was also good. Nice selection of juices, coffee, and tea. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Caleb at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! Beautiful rooms, and overall very beautiful hotel!
