The staff here are very friendly and accommodating! They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best! The rooms and the hotel itself are very clean! The bed was comfortable! Prices are affordable! Complimentary breakfast! I would gladly stay here again and recommend it for anyone who will be staying in the area!

The room, bath, sink, and shower were very clean and it was obvious that housekeeping was doing a great job. However, the maintenance of the building and attentiveness of the staff was really lacking. 

The front door had foam screwed to it to apparently replace the actual gasket that was missing. This gave the first hint of poor facility maintenance. The refrigerator in my room froze everything I put in it no matter how low  the setting was. The shower curtain was coming loose from the wall and the patched holes in the wall proved this was not the first time. The front cover was falling off the heat/AC unit and I had to push it back on in order to adjust the temperature in the room. The concerning part were the wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector should have been. 

My biggest grief was the broken office chair that had a broken off armrest and sank to the floor when sitting in it. I informed the front desk that my chair was broken and made it very difficult to work in my room. I also informed them the next morning, and again when I got back it in the evening. During my 2 day stay the only answer I received regarding the chair was the maintenance man had not been in, and my chair was never replaced. 

As for service, there was very little concern for the broken items in my room. The trash in the breakfast area was overflowing both mornings of my stay. The breakfast items were stale and the biscuits were not even taken out of the ziplock bag that was used to store them in. When breakfast items ran out, they were not replenished.

As for the free WiFi, it constantly disconnected and in the evenings became so slow that it could not be used to send email. 

Again, I was very happy with the cleanliness of my room, but the poor maintenance and lack of customer concern will keep me from staying at this hotel again.
