Overall really nice hotel. They are located next to a lake and have a great view of the wildlife. The downstairs had a nice pool and hot tub but are only open till 10. They also have a nice restaurant that had live music one night. The gym is smaller but good enough. Would recommend staying here in a business trip or with family.

Very nice hotel!  Stayed 4 nights and slept very well.  Clean and the kiddo enjoyed the pool.  Only complaint is that our balcony was on the corner of the building by two very large air handlers (assume for a.c. or something like that) and was very loud outside but the noise didn't carry into the room.  Otherwise darn near perfect!  Would stay here again.

First off I would like to start off by saying I don’t think Hilton would stand behind this employees customer service skills and she’s considered a Front desk supervisor Name of Kelly
my wife and I checked in and we were only staying for one night and we’re flying out The next day but later the next day I am a diamond member so when we first checked in I handed her my credit card and ID and she simply start of the process of checking us in there was no offer of a room upgrade so as she was handing us the cards I asked was there any junior suites available for the night And she said since we booked through a third-party site we were not able to receive my diamond membership privileges The only privilege would be breakfast I questioned her at that time was it because of capacity and she stated it was just above 50 percent which would make me believe she would have something to offer us but she was offended by that and got upset which I wasn’t here to start an argument I was only here to stay one night at a place where I am a diamond member which is their top tier member At that point I stated I was going to go to management and she got even more upset I don’t know how someone in management or a supervisor can get upset with the customer over a couple simple questions if you’re looking to stay at a hotel and just get standard service this is a great one but there’s cheaper down the road but if you were a long-term Hilton member pay extra go somewhere else

This hotel was very nice and I appreciated the service.  I am a lifetime diamond so I appreciated the upgrade to the 9th floor the only thing, the morning breakfast staff needs to be a bit more quiet when prepping for breakfast.  They started at 5:30AM and I awoke  to cabinets slamming on the other side of the wall.  Just a message for management of something you need to be aware of.
