I have been a loyal customer for over two years. They damaged my oil canister when changing my oil filter, when I took my vehicle to a new place they informed me to give them a call and see if they could reimbers me for the damaged part. When I called and informed them about my problem an employee insisted that it was not damaged by them and this problem happens all the time, then told me to call back when his manager was in. When I called back to speak to the manager, he then decided to inform me that if I took it to a trusted brother shop it would have been covered( after I had already put a deposit on the new part and pawned of by his employee). Oh! So now your admitting the damage was done and if I had been informed by his employee I could have got it covered, too late now....really bad customer service.

Leaving the state campground I needed air in one tire in my class a rv. Hinsons pumped it up - no charge - with a smile! Thanks guys!

I needed my tires air pressure check( my tires light went on ) they were really courteous,they took me in as soon as they can I would used them again if needed. I am from out of town
