I had a great experience working with Mr Robert Snell.  I purchased a collect of artwork at an auction and didn't know much about it so I called around to different art dealers.  The first 2 places I called actually referred  Robert.  I talked with Robert and he was excited with the description of the painting I had so we set up a meeting.  I brought him 5 painting and felt very comfortable leaving them with him to do his research.  After a very short time he called me and let me know what he found and suggested that I put them up on one of his auctions.  The paintings did well and he sent me a check when he received the money from the sale.  His rates were very good and he knows art.  I will bring all my business to Robert and his staff.  Thank you again Mr. Snell you should be very proud of your business!

I just want to say" thank you" to Mr. Snell at Hiro Fine Art. He spent a great deal of time researching the history of my painting that I brought to him for evaluation. I really appreciated his expertise and integrity. My painting is now at an auction house that he  recommended. I could not have done this on my own. Thanks again!

I listed a Fournier painting and its frame that I had received from my grandfather’s estate. We received nine interested inquiries.
	I’m delighted to recount that my interactions with Mr. Snell of Hiro Fine Art were positive.  Mr. Snell was patient throughout the negotiations, even when we were communicating with others amid our visits with Robert.  He touched base with us daily, asking if I had made a decision or, “had any news?”  His speech was always gracious.
	Robert offered us what he considered to be a fair price.  His offer was substantially higher than other dealers.  In fact, the other dealers validated that Mr. Snell’s offer was indeed a fair offer.  One dealer’s further comment was, “take the money and run!”
	Wanting to be absolutely certain that this person whom we were dealing with online was actually Robert Snell of Hiro Fine Art, Robert humored us by taking a “selfie” and texting it to us. We compared his texted photo with the photo of Robert Snell on the Hiro Fine Art website. This gave us the final assurance that he was exactly who he said he was.  We thought he was a good sport!
	We appreciated that, other than our taking the painting and frame to the UPS store, Robert assumed the rest of the responsibility of packaging, shipping and insurance. We were pleased with our dealings with Mr. Snell.  We found Robert to be courteous, honest, and professional in demeanor, making our sale a pleasant experience.
