Ordered online for my sister-in-law who lives in the area (I live in Arkansas). Even though I received a confirmation, the flowers were not delivered, and I can't reach Hite's Floral by phone, email, or the "contact us" function on their webpage. My card was not charged, but I missed her birthday. So very disappointed.
