These people do not know how to conduct themselves in an adult manner at all. I will take my business to someone who can act like a grown adult. Don't waste your time!

Over the telephone, they were "simply too overwhelmed to even consider an order, for pick-up or delivery".  Not exactly what one would expect from a neighborhood florist before even hearing my request.  

Note:  The very next local florist I contacted was more than helpful - THAT florist will now be my go-to florist for my dedicated business.

Walked in ordered a birthday arrangement light in fragrance and walked out about 10 minutes later with a beautiful setup to deliver to my wife.... mission accomplished with fast and friendly service

Yesterday afternoon I called the Ivy Cottage and asked if they could make a wrist corsage for my son's prom date. I had ordered one from another florist 2 weeks before, but when I went to pick it up, they had lost the order and did not have the red roses needed to make it. I called the Ivy Cottage and they were very understanding and began making it before I was even off the phone! It was beautiful, better than we could have hoped for! I will now only take my business to them! They are wonderful!
