FYI, I am not broke even though my debit card has been getting declined at stores and online shops recently. Though, there was a good reason for it. After a few failed attempts with my card, I went to check in with the bank. They showed me all the transactions that I had on my card and they were able to track and stop a transaction that I never knew took place. They told me that their system recognized that it was a foreign transaction; so the system automatically blocked the transaction from going through and stopped anyone else from accessing the card online. The only thing I had to do now was return the card to the bank so that they can destroy it and get me a new one. So I did and now I have a new card and it has been working perfectly fine. They also kept me assured by informing that whenever a transaction is blocked; that I would be informed immediately. They weren't able to this time since i haven't actually updated my bank info in a while (i've changed phone number recently and haven't updated the bank on it yet) so they went ahead and changed it for me. Now I have nothing to worry about as I know that I have my trust in them in keeping me on the road of life.

I love this credit union and the interest rates they offer. Nice people all around. I have been with them for 14+ years. I do not recommend dealing with their employee Victor who was unable to help me today or a couple years ago when I called as well. He was unable to solve my problem either time and told me to call back at a certain time and it just so happened that the certain time was when he was not in the office. He clearly didn't want to help me. Thanks Lee (loan officer) for taking the time to fix Carl? and Lee's mistakes.

This was a great place to bank some years ago, but has been declining for a few years now. I don't know if they are having trouble keeping experienced people or if they just don't care any more. We just took out an auto loan and the loan officer was distracted by personal calls and other things going on around her. My wife was very frustrated and confused by the information the loan officer gave her. They also have a new banking website that is convoluted. After you logon they have a message that asks for your comments, but when I called I was told, "I think it's good, but everyone is allowed their own opinion". I'm looking for another financial institution.

I love how they have an app to go anywhere and you can snap a photo of your check right through your phone without going to the bank. I'm glad that they are very friendly and all the staff are very helpful around when needed help. This bank is always busy on Friday even the drive thru because that's when everyone gets paid on and the most traffic plus no more parking spots are available.

Absolutely terrible. Credit card opened up under incorrect APR, incorrect terms, have had to struggle to correct numerous mistakes. Go anywhere else.
