I had an appointment with Ms.Whitsell to get a prescription for something to help with acid reflux.  She proceeded to tell me that if I would not undergo a scope procedure she could not give me anything to help me.  I walked out with nothing and went to my family physician who wrote me a prescription.  She continued to pressure me into a procedure even after I explained that I had a procedure in the past and after taking meds for a few months it cleared up.  Just wasted time and money going to this facility.  I have never been treated so badly at a doctor's office ever!  Will tell everyone I know how this woman treated me.
