I love Dr. Carter so much! I also love the staff! I take my 16 month old twins into the doctor's office (a lot because they're sick every other week), and I'm trying to get my 5 year old son in there. They are amazing!

Yes it's a long wait to get your children in,but it is worth it. Dr. Lea Ann Kinney is awesome, I was in a very tough spot,that many would judge,and she supported me and talked me about that,which put her on more of a personal level than just a pediatrician. All the staff seems very friendly and helpful,I've only had one incident with a front desk lady being a snide smartass and then apologizing but the rest are so nice they still get a five star!

I am new to town and need my daughter seen. I was told that I would need all medical records from the day of her birth before she could be seen. I understand that there is protocol that needs to be followed, however typically shot records are normally sufficient. The lady on the phone was very adamant about the fact that it could take up to a month to be seen. I hope that the service is better once you get your child in the door than the on-boarding process.

I absolutely love the physicians and staff here. Bringing my children to them was the best decision I ever made. I highly recommend choosing them to be your child's pediatrician.

Absolutely love this doctors office! Staff and Doctors are amazing. My kids have been attending this doctors office since birth. And ironically, this was my pediatrician when I was younger. I highly recommend this doctors office.
