The casino is very clean. It was just newly renovated. The restaurant has very good food. There is a non smoking and a smoking area. Slots are like any casino. Some loose and some tight. Enjoyable time

Clearly everyone is paying for the huge renovation. Free slot play has gone way down (along with the email and text message offers) and I have been there multiple times lately and can't even seem to get into a single bonus game. You'd  probably be better off traveling to treasure island where the  floor staff actually smiles at you when they walk by and they even have servers on the floor. 
I gave it  3 stars because the remodel is beautiful.  Although some updated keno games on the smoking side would be nice.  And the staff at the rewards club is always pretty friendly.  
I hope I get an email or a flyer when they loosen up some of those machines though,  maybe then I'll make a trip back.

Very happy with the newly remodeled  casino.  Nice larger non smoking area. Their Bistro is great for a fast snack or meal. Vry clean and inviting. Food is the best of the Ho Chunk casinos.

Almost all Ho Chunk Casinos are usually nice and have great clean restrooms.

  There is usually seperated smoking and non smoking areas to play.  Large clean areas are easy to walk around.  Drinks available as well as a bar.  

Lots of employees standing around not appearing to do anything except talking to other employees...  
Some friendly staff are usually helpful. Some others don't greet at all.  Wow

Will return upon need to.  No win for me again.
