Everyone was incredibly friendly here.  Unlike some of the other Ho-Chunk casinos,  the staff was helpful and kind. Not sure what it was like before the remodel, but it is beautiful now.  They offer both older and newer games.  I especially liked the new keno games.  Super fun!! We did not stay or eat here,  but the Casio gets a great review from me.

First thing if you build a how many million dollar hotel and you don't have a pool and how can you call yourself Hotel you paid 950 for a king size bed which is actually pretty good but you're paying $5 for a tribal fee at and on top of that also almost no amenities one coffee cup in the room two bags of sugar 1 creamer no brush no toothbrush at the front desk they don't even have a gift shop open so obviously they're not even ready to accept Hotel guest not enough shampoo and conditioner barely enough for one person not let alone 2 their computer system was down upon check-in so we constantly had to wait just to sign the paperwork couldn't even print a receipt out upon checkout the only thing saving this hotel is it's connected to a casino that is it it is the last time we will ever be staying at that hotel again

Now that it is done it is a lot nicer. Lot of new machines. Lots of space to move in, not cramped

It's all changed so much but it's still a fun place to visit the staff was awesome very respectful very personable we were greeted very nicely by security and the hostesses and
