My pregnant girlfriend who is supposed to be on bed rest had an appointment for a check up and couldn't cover the co pay at the time. They said they would take x rays since that could be covered by the insurance. She was not told that she would be waiting for 1 1/2 hours with other people getting called up in front of her. I took the incentive and called to ask one of the rude receptionists what the hold up is... After battling back and fourth trying to get something done she said she would talk to Dr mack but wouldn't keep me on hold because "it might take a while where he is with another patient, but she would let my girlfriend know when she finds something out." With complications from her pregnancy such as blood around the umbilical chord, and severe placenta previa, I told them that she was told by her doctor yesterday she could have an emergency that could kill her and my son as she was told. The people I spoke to explained all of the patients taken in front of her had appointments, she did also, but was not told that she was being treated as a walk in and being pushed behind other patients to get her x rays taken. The receptionist told me there was also 2 open rooms. I would never recommend such horrible attitudes and unorganized business ethics to anyone.

Dr. Mack extracted 2 teeth for me, he not only cared while I was in his office, but after I left he was concerned about me.  He didn't have to care about my well-being after I left the office,but he went the extra step.   The only problem is his office is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.😀
