I prepaid for my sister's funeral, as she was on hospice care and stage 4 kidney failure.  Rachel walked my parents and me through the entire process, were transparent regarding all pricing, considerate with empathy and questions...she gave a lot of her time to us and did not once check her phone or watch.  Five weeks later, when we had to call them to begin the preparation...they did a fabulous job, she looked good, and the facility was more than accommodating to our every need.  John and his staff are top notch. We couldn't be more pleased.
