This place was clean but If your staying 15+ days, It is higher then other rentals I found after I had signed the lease.(Deposit $150.00 cash & approx $400.00 per week- all up front)
Beware that approx. $50.00 to 75.00 of your Deposit won't be returned as the owner will charge for Cleaning the unit (and in his cleaning process you will be charged for the electricity). In my travels, cleaning has always been included in the nightly/weekly/monthly Rate. 
There is also a LOW amount of electricity allowed during your stay, so turn it off or you will loose more of your Deposit.(you will be given a beginning electrical reading and be given an acceptable ending reading).
When you arrive, you will have to plug everything in:lamps, clocks, tv, water heater, microwave,  refrigerator, etc-EVERYTHING!
When you go through the checklist, make sure you count EVERYTHING.
Basic cable here means Basic, local channels no frills. Bring your own cooking pot & pans as the provided are for show only (low quality, thin and not heat conductive) The area seems to be safe with plenty of street lighting, but, the neighbors can get kind of loud in the evenings, loud music, shouting and such.
Search around the area as there are many rentals of this type.
