Overall nice experience. The front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. After leaving the hotel and traveling 4 hours we realized that we had left something in the room. I am very happy to say that I called back to the hotel, the item was located and was shipped to my home (at my expense). We will definitely return if we're in the area again.

We stay at this hotel all the time when we come to visit our daughter at school the beds are absolutely awesome I sleep better in their beds and I do in mine at home the hotel is clean the staff is friendly and the continental breakfast is okay well worth the money and they give a lot of points if your Holiday Express member

Great and comfortable place to stay has a happy hour with 2 free alcoholic beverages and finger foods. The breakfast menu has a large variety meeting most dietary needs for those who can only eat certain foods. All around I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was beautiful inside out...........however, there are things that need to be addressed from the front desk staff acting like robots who couldn't care less about you staying there. The pool was lack luster and no guest wanted to use it with other people in the pool! The hot tub chlorine content was way too high, like sitting in a tub of boiling chlorine! The hot water didn't work and no one cared about fixing the problem. The breakfast was undercooked and again, no one cared! The bed felt like a sleeping on a stack of bricks!! I did not sleep well at all! I WON'T BE BACK!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Front desk staff was very hospitable. So we're the maids. Breakfast was okay but good for hotel standards. Overall good experience. Will definitely book again when I come back to Jacksonville.
