Very thorough and timely cleaner. They always do an excellent job. While not all stains can be removed, they do a remarkable job trying: that's why I always carry a little pack of Shout(tm) wipes with me - applying that at the time of spillage helps later when they try to remove the stain. Furthermore, they are exceedingly friendly and go out of their way to help get you items returned to you in great condition.

Called and asked how much it would cost to wash a comforter, not dry clean, wash. They told us it would be $30, so we dropped it off and came back a few days later only to be charged $75 TO WASH A COMFORTER! When I asked about why it was so much they said who ever I talked to on the phone made a mistake and they wouldn’t rectify it.

Very disappointed! Not one of the food stains from my returned missionary son's suit pants or 6 ties were removed. I returned them and the counter person told me that there was no guarantee the stain could be removed. When I told her I could get the food stains out with a little dish soap, instead of offering to re-cleaned them, she told me to, "go home and try."
