From the moment the two representatives from HSFH entered my dad's hospital room after his passing, to the final dropping off of flowers and gifts to my mom's house, we couldnt have asked for any better.  Alanza (sp?) in particular went the extra mile with all aspects.  She was respectful and followed our lead with the atmosphere.  During the planning, she offered unbiased advice and had immediate answers to all our questions. During such sadness, her professionalism could not have been appreciated more by all of us. Thank you so much!
