This used to be one of my favorite donut shops in all of Lakeland but lately the associates here are extremely rude! Anytime I try to order more than 8 Donuts the the lady yells out loud at me and tells me to call ahead whenever I want this many Donuts. It's extremely bizarre to me that I have to call ahead for such a small amount of donuts. I really love their donuts but honestly their service is so bad that I'm now going to Charlie's mini Donuts just down the road. I really hope one day they changed their attitude!

Rude, unbelievable!  My husband and I went this morning to get apple fritters and I ordered for my office and he was ordering for his.  He asked for 12 apple fritters and The RUDE lady behind the counter said next time you call first.  I sell you now but next time call first.  She said everybody wants these and they are hard to make.  Not only was her tone rude but she kept saying things that made no sense.  Well guess what lady, get another job or post a sign that says there is a limit per order.  The tray was stacked with them .  He works in a large corporate office so I'm sure he will spread the word.  I guess that's why people shop at Publix, always a pleasure!

Always a pleasure to go there! The coffee donut and sandwich special is EXCELLENT!!! Just wish others understood they aren't like typical americans. What's rude or polite for them isn't the same. They are polite. We're just misunderstanding. They are fast, and the food is delicious.

Warm Apple Fritters on Father's Day Sunday morning made my day!  The server at the counter was efficient and cordial.  Yummy yummy donuts and fantastic LARGE Apple fritters.

The best doughnuts in all of lakeland! If you haven't tried one yet, you have to! They are very affordabl and are perfect for Sunday school, bible study, office meetings, or a hungry college kid.
