The conference center is tired looking. Looks like it was last refreshed at some point in the 1980's. The restrooms (at least for men) are in need of a refresh including strip/wax of the floors and repainting stall doors/walls at a minimum. Fixing wallpaper in the lobby restroom that was simply hung over a bad drywall repair should also be done promptly. The food served at the conference (in the atrium area) was good though. Hot things were served hot and the chef didn't take the easy way out by skimping on spice to appeal to the broadest audience - like many conference chefs tend to do. The event staff also did a good job of maintaining fresh coffee and things people use to doctor it.

It's an average hotel. Pool closes way too early and they do kick you out. Staff was very nice and accommodating. My biggest complaint they can't change. There are not many rooms that face outside. In fact I think that the hotel was oringally an outdoor hotel which was enclosed. This means that maybe 10-20% of the rooms actually have natural lighting and I had to ask for one. (Which I was given with no problems). So if you are wanting to do more than crash for a night, either reserve one with a window or go somewhere else.

Stayed at this hotel for an event in which I was participating. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The venue was a great fit for our event and allowed our attendees to have a safe and fun time. My room was nice and tidy and the bed was more comfortable than average. I'd definitely hold an event there again.

The place was very nice. In terms of how they designed it. I don't know how to describe it well enough. It just looked nice and fancy. The employees were nice but I didn't interact with them enough to fully talk about them. The floor in the reception hall was falling apart a little bit. Some parts of the floor. Probably because there's a lot of events there. Overall it was a nice place, and I would recommend hosting an event there. I was only a guest when I went so I don't know anything about how much certain things cost.

First time staying there was fine. Decent room, nice location. Second time - terrible. There is a whole section of rooms in essentially a different building. Poorly kept, windows only go to hallway, doors were kept unlock and housekeeping didn't come for three days. Still a good value for the money and nice location. Just request to get a room in building A
