Very clean room but very much a low budget property. Be prepared to bring your own hair dryer. Shower had no shelf or soap dish to place items needed for bathing. Two small bath towels and one face cloth only. We stayed for 3 nights so we just purchased our own towels to use. No bath mat either. Queen bed was advertised but we found it very narrow. We have a queen at home and ours is bigger. Not a big deal in the end. Bed was comfortable enough and room suited our needs for this trip to Chicago

Really have nothing bad to say.  There were NO BUGS, which is MOST important to me.  My room was clean. The staff was  friendly and took care of all our needs.  I was able to check in early with no problems.  My bed was so comfortable.  Its not fancy by any means but if all you need is a bed and bathroom at a much more affordable rate than anywhere else in Chicago, stay here!! They could use updated linens as our comforter had some holes but they were very clean..I will stay again!!

BED BUGS !!!!BED BUGS !!!!!and more BED BUGS !!!!!! the worst experience I have ever had in an hotel/ motel... STAY AWAY from this location at all possible!!! I called the BBB on them and the public health department! And they were not accommodating at all with me and my family! We got treated horribly by the manager on duty the second we told her the rooms had bed bugs she was quick to kick us out! She said they would refund our money but it will take 3-5 business days so we wouldn't be able to use that money for another hotel room... we were basically having to pay for a hotel room out of pocket! Just all bad never again!

Tacky old motel with extremely small parking spaces. Quite possibly a crash pad for prostitutes. The toilet seat was so loose I nearly fell on the floor. No water pressure in the shower and what towels were provided were very thin. (Luckily we packed our own.) Firecrackers were being thrown over the balcony and landing in the lot in front of our room (July 4th). The next night there was a party above us with a lot of cigarette smoking. So much for "This is a smoke-free building." No staff or security came around to deal with things. A semi parked on the street right behind the parking drive made it hazardous to try and pull out. One of us had to stand in the street to check for traffic so we could pull out of the parking lot. Relatively cheap, sure. We wanted a basic room. But we didn't get any sleep while there, which is what we were paying for.

We stayed 2 nights for spring awakening! The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean. For the price it was perfect! Starbucks down the road, ihop across the street.
