Did not stay overnight as a guest. The campus was clean and well kept. Location is great being right off the highway and 20 minutes from downtown. Lots of things to do in the immediate surrounding area as well. Staff I interacted with was nice.

Just Returned home from a wonderful getaway weekend in Cleveland. It was my birthday so my boyfriend and I decided to Spend a weekend in Cleveland. Decided upon this wonderful hotel and was so delighted in our decision To stay at this holiday inn. From the desk clerk to the housekeeping staff to the wonderful Adjoined restaurant, Alfredo’s, our  weekend could not have been more wonderful. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. This hotel is affordable, and conveniently located.   You will be glad you chose this hotel. Thank you for making my birthday weekend special.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They had security in the lobby all night, I dont know if this is an everyday policy because i was there for new years. But the rooms were clean, the lobby and common areas also. There is a restaurant/bar right inside. Would stay again.

Ate dinner with friends at Alfredo's, in the hotel. The food was amazing and the waitress and staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again, and recommend to friends and family.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom also clean and very sufficient, towels are not the nicest - a bit harsh. Breakfast buffet was pretty good (and free with a coupon). Internet connection is painfully slow to the point of unuseable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
