What a nice place to stay. Ana at the front desk was very helpful and just a sweetie pie! The beds are very comfortable, clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet, great price. Will certainly stay again when traveling through the area.

The stay at the hotel was very nice. When we ran out of towels the ladies were quick to deliver. They also have a huge selection of breakfast every morning from eggs, to toast, with all the sides you'd like to indulge in. Great place, and not very expressive.

Recently stayed for a very important business venture and was completely disappointed with the stay. Staff was friendly, room was nice but place was extremely noisy. Traffic sounded like it was in the Hotel, employees and guest were loud until 11:00pm and sounds carts hitting off walls and doors lasted until about 3am off and on. I used 15,000 pts of my HG rewards to stay here. Unfortunately due to time constraints, I did not get to address issue with management. Slept 2 hours total due to the horrible noise conditions.

I never had any issues with this hotel up until today a so called manager by the name of "NICOLE"Gave me a hard time when setting my reservation. I've spoken with her in the past and she yet & still had an unprofessional ghetto demeanor.I have stayed at this location over a hand full of times & the other staff & managers that are there when I check in or out are great it's just NICOLE she hung the phone up on me several times & when I asked to speak to someone else she told me she's the only one working.She also threatened me & said what's up what do I what to do then.I have never encountered service like this in a place that's supposed to be so professional .it's very upsetting because I am a regular guest.I will also be contacting corporate & the owner of the hotel.......
