Average Holiday inn Express. Bathrooms are a bit more decorationed than normal, nice sink and better shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast is same as all others. I would recommend it if you find yourself in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

The staff here was very friendly, had a nice pool for my nephews and neice to play in before bed time. The rooms smelled a little but that usually happens in places with window units. Over the experience was great.

Your guy Trevor was great at front desk.  I spent a long day of traveling and he took care of me and accommodated my needs and went above and beyond with the welcome points. Very pleasant stay. Kudos to you sir!! Will be staying here again

I have been staying at this hotel for approximately 12 weeks, and will continue to stay here for an additional 10 weeks. During this time I have been able to experience their customer service through and through. I can personally say that the service provided by Eliza, as well as all other staff members has been top notch. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean enough but lacks many of the little things that make a Holiday Inn Express a good value. For instance I could not charge my phone in bed without moving it and standing in my head to find an outlet. It was also awkward to setup the ironing board due to lack of outlets.
