This was an enjoyable stay. Started each morning in the gym, followed by the Continental breakfast. Then read the newspapers found outside my door. In the afternoon, enjoyed the free cookies and water. What a great experience!

This hotel would copy your diver's license! 

I was told by the front desk that it is the hotel policy to make a copy of you driver's license if the address on it isn't your current address. My husband show the staff his driver's license and a second ID and my ID to prove it is real, she still insisted to make a copy of my husband's driver's license. She even doesn't allowed me to mark the signature on the copy of the license.

We feel so uncomfortable with this. After we checked-in, we started to check if it is legal to make a copy of ID by the hotel. I read that some unscrupulous hotel workers will steal a copy of your driver's license, give it to criminals who commit crimes, and then you get blamed since they show your driver's license to the police. The next time, ask the hotel desk to call the police and ask the policeman who comes what law it is that requires that the hotel make a copy of your driver's license. 

My husband went downstairs to talk with the staff again. He asked her name to take the responsibility if his ID got steal. She refuse to give her name and then she thrown out the copy like a piece of trash to my husband. She said the manager may call him "VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING." I checked the review of this hotel, they did call another guest on 12:30 am and waked her up on her wedding day. 

We traveled a lot all over the world and around the states. I was so loyal to IHG. Stay on the same hotel chain help me get used to the environment by the shortest time. I think it is time to move on and say good bye to Holiday Inn Express.

Our stay was overall pretty nice. The room was nice and clean when we arrived, the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great!! Cinnamon rolls, waffles, eggs, omlets, sausage, muffins, bagels, pancakes, everything you could ask for, but no bacon. The fitness room was kind of a let down. Some machines were broken. Also The hot tub had an off yellow hue, which makes you feel like one too many people peed in it.

Had a great stay here. One of the nicest holiday inn express I've stayed at and located right by the airport yet very quiet rooms.

Love this hotel! Very accommodating! Travelling with a toddler is never easy and they made it a breeze!
