The hotel was remodeled during the past year.  Very nice interior.

The young lady at desk was many times over more interested in whoever she was talking to on her cell phone when I arrived at the front desk on Oct 13.  When she finished her conversation the smile on face went away and she became quite sharp.  Not what we normally receive when being greeted at HIE.  

The next evening, I had to go to the desk to get a bar of soap.  The  man working was very apologetic and extremely nice.  The young man's attitude and pleasantries more than made up for those of the young lady the day before.

Gave two stars for the comfy bed. This was our first stay here and it was just entirely too noisy for a good nights rest. Doors were slamming constantly very loudly! Vacuuming all times of the day and early morning. Kids were loud out in the hallways and there was also a consistent  knocking sound from  the walls. I'm not even sure what that was.

The man at the front desk was very friendly. The room is very nice and spacious. But the walls are like paper. Thank God I was super tired last night and was able to fall asleep with the sound and footsteps walking above me and the tv on in the room beside me. Hoped to sleep in, but that was a no because I woke up to that tv in the room beside us and the people in the room hacking, talking, and screaming. If you're a light sleeper, this probably isn't a hotel for you on a busy weekend.

I love it everything was so cozy, the breakfast was yummy and the front desk was very professional. Thanks Holiday Express I enjoyed my stay 👍.

I loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was extra super nice. My family used this hotel for our reunion headquarters and i think everyone was really pleased. The only issue was the plumbing. Our toilet backed up. If they get that fixed... 100%
