Location is perfect for those looking for a place to stay just outside of La Crosse with easy access to interstate 90. Rooms are clean, today holiday inn Express fashion. Hasn't been updated with the more modern rooms some of them have. There is a wide variety of restaurants nearby to surely fill the need of most. Shopping is near as well for any necessities. Staff is friendly and well knowledgeable, even though there seems to be a large turnover rate (been here quite a few times over the past year). This could be because most everyone working in the area is a college student.

This hotel was beyond disappointing. We came up to take a hot shower and get some sleep after a 12 hour drive only to find toe nail clippings and hair in our bed. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and nice and helped us re-make the bed. Overall great customer service - gross hotel.

The pool is amazingly clean. Service is discreet. It should be a 5 star hotel. Ask for the manager. They will accommodate
