The room and service were great! The only problem was that the lobby smelled strongly of body odor. We would hold our breath as we walked through the lobby and rode the elevator. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Im ok with the hotel but for the area it's in it's overpriced the 129 rate bogus my rate 149 plus fees taxes over 180. The area is in decline. My room and most of the hotel smells musty like dirty laundry. Ive stayed here number of times it isnt as good as it once was. Not the best HIE I've stayed in. Had to wait for desk clerk to appear. Then key card wouldnt work had to go back to desk for another. Forvet about the " free" b'fast. Its nasty.This is an ok fallback hotel when others are booked up. To that point the decent greater Atlanta area hotels are all overpriced. I've stayed in HI chain all over the country this area one of highest priced.

Location was in the middle of work area with a number of suitable places to eat within distance. Accessible to nearby important roads. Hotel itself was a typical Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked (important in Atlanta), and general conditions were acceptable.

Omg!!! Where do I start???? TV signal is out! Had to repeatedly ask her for towel and wash cloth. She kept trying to give me a hand cloth to shower with. Rooms are DATED! The staff won't let you know TV is not working until AFTER u check in...I mean....ughhh!!! Worst experience at IHG ever!!! Please come on 10am!
