Stayed there awhile back had to change rooms 3 times that night with my family. I have to say that the front desk audit guy was helpful in trying to find us a room. But they have a major bed bug and roach problem. Management never got back to me. That place is gross. Nasty.

My room was very clean and my bed was comfortable. The receptionist guy that does overnight is amazing and really helpful. Will be staying again. Also is very reasonable pricing.

The exact location is 3092 Presidential Parkway (zip# 30340). Majority of the positive reviews are fake and were written by dishonest self-praising staff members. Most of the rooms at this location have serious issues, with the exception of a handful of their "best". I'm talking about varying stains on the walls, ceilings, bed sheets, doors, floors, sinks, counter tops, dirt or hair in the bath-tub, mildew on the shower curtains, towels or rags missing, blown AC/heater units, personal-property damaging odors inside the non-smoking rooms (cigarette or marijuana smells), outdated/recycled furniture, blood stains, etc. Name a problem, and you're most-likely to find it at this location. The General Manager at this place (as of January 20, 2018) is horrible. He struggles in his customer service skills. I've had a few problems with my stays here, and he's occasionally been the problem in addition to the mediocre rooms I've been assigned at times. He has a sneaky-bad attitude like he owns the place, instead of just managing it. He is disrespectful in a way, as-if he's untouchable and knows you can't reach his boss. What he doesn't understand is that people can write reviews and notify others of what goes on, including (potentially) his boss. I won't return to this place, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Only fix to this place would be to change management and replace the GM with someone better. Enough is enough. I could only give this place 1 star, but it's probably a half of a star. Skip this dump for a better property.

Amazing, friendly staff from the office to the house cleaners I havent encounter any unpolite attitudes here. polite, concerned, active, always smiling and happy to do anything they can for you you will not regret your stay here

If it seems too good to be true, it definitely is. Or, you get what you pay for. If this hotel is all you can afford, stay home. My impression after reading other recent reviews (and after seeing the storage pods in the parking lot) is that they must be renovating the property, slowly. I had the great misfortune to stay in an unrenovated room, which was, to use my husband's word, stank. Mold and mildew in the bathroom, a horrid smell of stale cigarettes and neglect throughout, and every horizontal surface in the room was dirty with remnants of food and drink from years past. This neglectful attitude will mean that the newly renovated rooms will soon be disgusting, too. I showered before bed, but needed another shower the next morning to try to remove some of the odor that my body and belongings had taken on overnight. Also, the happenings in the parking lot were not encouraging. Stank, seedy. Do not stay here.
