I am a Spire IHG Member which is the highest it gets from this hotel chain. I consider this place to be great just because of the employees they have. Starting with a nice ladies of the front desk and all the housekeepers. They do a tremendous job. Unfortunately the management really sucks. I reported disturbance in two separate nights , 10/13 & 10/27 and today is 11/07 and the Manager has not care in calling me back. I also saw and heard from the employees that they are not treated right like the housekeepers are forced to clock out at 5 p.m. when they still work Beyond 6 and 7 in the evening. Someone from the state needs to take notice. About the amenities, the place is very good although due to Harvey the must repair the breakfast area where they have lots of roof leaks. It rains in more than outside.

The bed is so comfortable that you don't want to get out of it. Staff is very sweet,but the only problem I had with my stay is one of the night workers have her friends there at night and since my room was close the front the noise made it very difficult to get some good rest. I complained but it didn't do any good. I recommend this hotel as long as you not close by the office. Breakfast is ok. They could you another dryer since its only one with 2 washing machines.But overall it is very convenient.

Very comfortable beds, amazing hospitality, phenomenal location, good breakfast, effective gym, clean rooms, good rate- the combination I want in every hotel stay. This is one of the best IHG hotels I have stayed at. I will definitely stay again.

Close to Hobby airport. Nice breakfast and large clean rooms. Plus down the road there is plenty to do and eat. All in all it is worth every penny staying here. No complaints.

The staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There is a shopping center on the opposite side of the freeway. It would be a location that I would visit again.
