I don't know what the problem is with the negative against this RV park we enjoyed the fact that is was a quite everyone there stayed to themselves and was not bothered in any way. The owner was very helpful on taking care of our needs. But let me tell you if your looking for the the Marriott this is not for you. If your look for a place to park your RV and get and are staying for awhile and don't want to be bothered this is the place. The price very's depending on your needs but still inexpensive. Great place if your a working man and don't need people in your business. You get power, water, and sewer and a place to park two vehicles what more do you need.

Rating this because I saw the other reviews. My family and I have been here about 3 months now and have no intention to move. The owner is friendly enough as long as you're drama free. He keeps up with anyone and everyone who causes problems and goes out of his way to form personal relationships with the people staying here. As for the reviews on here with brush everywhere, etc, as you could tell by the fact that was all still green and in piles, it was being cleared out. The place had fallen on disrepair for a while, but it is definitely coming back up. I have stayed at nothing but RV resorts before this, but I like it so much more here. True, there are zero amenities, but you get more space, more parking, and less hassle. The park is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It is country, so if that's not your scene, just be warned. I enjoy it, personally, much more than I expected to. We are at the edge of a fast growing Pearland, which has great restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes of the park. This is not going to measure up to the RV resorts. It's not meant to. It's a different thing entirely. Most of the people staying here are long term residents, some as long as 15 years. I can understand where the other reviews are coming from, but they're working on improvements. It's expected. Also, most are done as of now, December 2017.

Great quiet place to stay! This is not a rv resort, no amenities. Owner is very nice and welcoming! Close to town too so easy access to shops and restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay here, would stay here again in the future.

Love this place very quite scenic even have deer and rabbits. Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Close  to all amenities.

This place is in no way a rv resort. This place is HORRIBLE. This place is run down and tore up, with garbage, ferrel cats and wild dogs everywhere. When I pulled in the electric didn't work to the pedestal, the water valve was broken and there was no place to hookup the toilet hose. Oh and the owner is a complete drunk that is worthless to talk to. I would suggest to stay far, far, away from this dump.
