If there was a way I could rate this hotel less than 1 star I would!!! My father is in a nursing home and we stay at a hotel every weekend, preferably Holiday Inn Express on Ambassador Caffery have been doing so for the past 4 months, but this past weekend there were no vacancies so I booked with the one on Kaliste Saloom thinking that it would be ok. Let me start by saying me and my family are very respectable people and I don't understand why or what 3 women and 2 toddlers were kicked out for in the middle of the night for. First we were told that it was because the almost 2 year old and 3 year old were making too much noise, so we left the hotel. After 2 days passed their story went from the kids making too much noise to the noise coming from adults!!!!! There never was any noise coming from any adults in our room. I think that when they looked like idiots kicking us out because of 2 toddlers supposedly making too much noise, they had to blame it on something else whether it was the truth or not. We were treated with nothing but rudeness with the host Margaret from the start and when calling the General Manager it was even worse. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as long as they treat people this way. As a business owner I would never treat people this way!!!

Very clean, staff is friendly and they have an awesome breakfast selection!!! Highly recommended.

Very Very Very rude staff! Especially “Margret,” the front desk host. We had two children one was barely two the other was three and they were WALKING around the room and had complaints on them. This hotel is supposed to be kid-friendly, and they kicked us out because of two infants playing in our own room. Let it be known we weren’t even there 5 minutes and she came and told us she had multiple complaints on the kids. Of course we made sure they stayed quiet after our first warning. I can only restrain a two year old so much, I did what I could and he settled down after a while. The second time she came to the room one kid was in bed watching television and the other was on my lap eating. One hour later we were kicked out because of the kids, not to mention we had to leave with them at 1 in the morning and find another hotel.They were only walking around. NO SCREAMING whatsoever. NEVER will I ever stay at Holiday Inn Express on KALISTE SALOOM again. We are in the middle of filing a case against these horrible people. Thankful for Candlewood Suits right down the road who took us in, and were completely awed and in disbelief at what happened.

Poor management, low pay for housekeepers $7.50 , unorganized they use their employees, they hire and fire people quick and use them , no regards for people's families
