I usually enjoy staying at a Holiday Inn Express. First the PROS: Room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was what I expected. The location was 30 min from where I needed to be. CONS: I couldn't believe how dirty the steps were in the stairway. The fitness center was rundown and not stocked with towels and water. (They did have cups). A spot in my bathroom had water damage. Overall, from being in the service industry, there was just too many small things that added up to my review. Not well maintained.

Indoor pool is gross but other than that they keep the ground's pretty nice in the rooms are nicer than any of the surrounding areas offerings if you've got to stay in Lake Elsinore I mean absolutely have to then you definitely want to stay here or anywhere else

Hotel is under renovation. Guests were smoking at the entrance so to go in I had to walk through a cloud of smoke. Not many good landmarks around the hotel. Room was good, as were the amenities. Front desk staff were unhelpful and not very customer-oriented, except for the person who checked me in.

This hotel was a great place to stay for the price. There were a few hiccups - beeping dryer when we were trying to go to sleep, phone in room not working, not 100% clean, but still pretty clean. However, it only cost us $90 and overall it was a relatively nice place to stay. The breakfast was quite good too. The had pancakes, cereal (healthy but tasty choices), scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, waffles, juice, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and some other things I'm probably forgetting. The breakfast saved us quite a bit of cash versus going somewhere and buying food for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend it.

What a nice place to stay, comfort, cleanliness, class! This hotel has regular hotel prices with 4 or 5 star service. Loved the stay, thank you holiday inn express 😀
