The Rodeway Inn and Suites was not a horrible hotel as far as asthetics and location go, but the staff were incredibly rude! They were not only unhelpful but argumentative when asked to do or help with pretty much anything. On too of that he cleaning crew left me a little surprise on the bed: a spot of blood under the pillow about three inches in diameter. The custodian happened to be next door when I found this crusty blood spot where I'm supposed to lay my head. I told her about it and she replied "We would never do this that has to be your blood!" After a long and tenuous verbal confrontation with nearly every staff member their that day, I lost and payed for the stained sheets. What could I do? They had my money and they would not give it back....I will never stay here again.

There were clothes and food items left in the room from someone. The air conditioners were not on at all and took until early morning to cool the room off to a comfortable temperature. Even though they knew that we were going to need to use the fold out bed from the couch; no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided for it. Part of the fold out couch was broken and woukd not support The mattress in that area. The vent in the bathroom did not work and would turn the bathroom into a steam room with trip hazards. There were bare wires for phone lines near power outlets.

Beware if you use cash for deposit.  When they "check" the room they will find any small  reason to keep half or more of your money.  Went as far as calling the police and indicating I would write a bad review before he conceded so stick to your guns and don't give in. The room was clean and comfortable.  However, at 10:40, 20 minutes before posted check out time of 11, they were banging on the door.  At 10 am I had called the office to request late checkout and was given until 12 pm. This is the second time staying here and both times there were similar issues.

The place wasn't anything like they described it in the listing.  The reception was very rude and and poor customer service.  The room felt outdated and way overpriced.  It's hard to get in and out of the there and they didn't advertise check out time or breakfast time anywhere so we showed up late for breakfast at 9:30 on a Sunday. I will not stay here again and it's very disappointing as a choice gold member and they gave me attitude when I asked if I could check out 30 minutes late...  Be careful on the booking prices too they charged me way more than what the booking cost said initially on Google or even the choice hotels app.

Decent room. Easy check in. Did not like the energy saving lights especially in the bathroom. Had to take a shower and use the restroom in the dark! Housekeeping was good for first two days and did not get any housekeeping services on the third day until i called office for fresh towels and trash removal at 6pm.
