Very clean, comfortable beds, a recent renovation, and a great staff. Location is near the bypass, mall, and good dining. I travel to Lawrence several times per month and I only stay here. The staff also worked out a very good rate for me for staying often for work when other places would not. Highly recommend! Also they have Otis spunkmeyer cookies by the front desk at check in, with beverages, a nice treat!

The rooms are very nice. Beds are very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were kept very clean with no smell of chlorine. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good. I would highly recomend staying here.

The staff are great and friendly. There is a swimming pool and a hot tub. Its nice to get in the hot tub and then get into the swimming pool. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The interior design is well done and attractive. It's a great place to stay.

I am sooooo fed up with this property (Lawrence, KS). For the past 3 days of 5 days it's like I'm not a guest in this hotel, I've never had a problem with any past stays. However; this stay has been ridiculous!!! It is like pulling teeth to get my room cleaned each day on the final day there I ended up making my own bed. Again today after returning to my room to a quick nap the room is not touched. This morning the cleaning staff assigned to our room knocked on the door (8:45) at which time I advised her that we were getting dressed and will be leaving shortly, 5 minutes later we were dressed and out. After returning from Kansas City at 2 pm or a little after for a nap, again the room was not touched. (They do not grasp the concept of the do not disturb sign (use it and they don't come back to the room, they just say the sign was up) I choose this location because it is close to my children's homes and I don't have to fight the Lawrence traffic across town to visit. Sadly to say I will no longer book future stays at this property due to the incompetence of the cleaning staff. Very Unhappy Customer
