We stay here every couple of weeks and we love this hotel! The location is perfect!! An easy walk to anything in Bricktown! The beds are great and the hotel is very clean and inviting! But, what sets this property apart from the others in the area... CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Janelle takes AMAZING care of us and all the other guests!! I encourage you to try Holiday Inn Express in Bricktown, you will not be disappointed!!

nice new hotel, in the middle of an up-and-coming trendy area of Oklahoma City. it is right downtown, next to everything you want to be close to... walking distance to many very good restaurants and bars... breakfast is free and available every morning and it is pretty good (powdered? eggs are sketchy though)... there is a nice patio area that is private and for guests only as well as a nice indoor pool area, and workout room. only real drawback and it is minor is the $12 for parking

Great location, price, staff, rooms and so much more. We stayed here 4 days and loved this place. The rooms were a nice size with a fridge & microwave. The beds are very comfy and everything is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting outdoors on the 2 patios . Complementary breakfast & newspaper daily. Many restaurants, some shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. 1 block from the Banjo Museum.

Absolute best value for your money, right in the heart of famous Bricktown. The hotel was beautiful and new, and the staff was phenomenal, especially Sonia. We had an issue with our bank cards being cancelled while traveling, and Sonia, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, was patient and understanding whole we resolved the issue with our bank. I would also like to commend the housekeepers for going out of their way to greet us by name and restock our room consistently and with a smile. The only complaint I had was not with the hotel, per st, but with the TV in our room. Apparently they all have some sort of brightness sensor that dims and brightens the TV intermittently while we were trying watch. The front desk was aware of the issue, and assured us they are actively trying to find a solution with the manufacturer. Other than that, the entire stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The whole place was very modern and updated. Rooms were big and nice. Location in Bricktown was within walking distance of tons of cool places. Parking was crazy though. I don't think charging $12/night to park at a decent hotel is fair. Rooms are in the $150/ night range after two room taxes (depending on when you stay).
