I can tell that the owners take pride in this business and really try to help people who need to stay close to the hospital. The room was comfortable and clean. However, the other "guests" are what makes this a one star hotel. Lots of people check in here to take advantage of the low price and abuse the hospitality. People listen to loud music, slam doors, go in and out and in and out at all hours, sit in cars in the parking lot, and smoke in the halls and lobby.. It is so disrespectful. Hopefully, management will find a way to solve this problem. Regardless, I found the Medical Inn to be a complete godsend when my baby was sick. I want to say a big Thank You! to the owner and staff.

Horrible customer service. Incredibly questionable activity at the abandoned house next door. Very small rooms and old beds. Wasn't very clean. Old appliances laying in the hallway. Homeless people wander in to eat the breakfast. All this for $80/night. If you are referred here because you have a family member in the hospital, please do not go. Just pay $20 more and go to Embassy Suites down the street. I felt unsafe. The only reason I gave it any stars at all is because its close to the hospital.

1 star only for the location.. The whole place has a nasty odor, throughout the building. About every hour, some drug dealer or whatever he is will knock and ask if we're needing him?? All night long. I surely wouldn't take children there either. Bed linens were nasty, dirty, omg did they STINK...will stay in Shawnee, chance the traffic in the a.m.

Some doors with the room number could be fix but other then that good staff and no problem with getting a room it helped thank you. From CEO Weather Reports
