We used the large room for my sister's bridal shower. It was everything we needed and down a quiet hallway away from hotel guests. The employees were helpful in making sure we had everything we needed as far as tables, linen, and cleanliness goes. We had the whole day with no rush to get in or out. My parents got a room for the night. It was very clean and large. The kids enjoyed the pool which isn't large but we had it all to ourselves so it was perfect.

I had inadvertently booked a hotel room for August when we in fact needed one this past weekend. I was extremely upset that I couldn't cancel that reservation being that it was almost 2 months away because I saved money on some flex deal... Regardless the front desk clerk fixed the situation by doing additional research to show that the room deposit had never occured and therefore the reservation would be cancelled. We ended up getting a room that night and had a safe place to stay after the wedding reception in town. I promised a review to show my gratitude for saving me nearly $200 bucks so thank you sir for exemplifying great customer service! Oh, the room was nice too!

I am here for two and half weeks. The room is pretty clean. Upon arrival, you get a warm reception. House-keeping does a good job every day. They provide complimentary breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, vegie omlette, bacon, turkey sausage, breads, donuts, muffins, oats, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Will definitely come here the next time I visit Saint Paul, MN

I was at this hotel for a conference. it was really nice environment the rooms are really clean the space is big enough. I'd recommend it.

Nice rooms, great complimentary breakfast. But if your a coffee drinker, make sure to bring extra k-cups. Your only allowed 2 regular coffee k cups per day. Which is weird because never have I heard this from any hotel and I've stayed @ holiday Inn's and express before. Overall good experience.
