I partnered with this hotel for my wedding and I can not say enough nice things about this property and their courteous staff. Their event managers, Patti McDonnell, was incredibly responsive and professional. She helped me organize my room block and she followed up religiously to make sure I had everything I needed. Fast forward to my  big day....the pictures online match what the property looks likes.  Spacious parking lot, easy to find, cool outside lighting, and a modern/ contemporary atmosphere in the lobby.  The rooms are insanely clean, my guests could not stopping talking about how clean/new the rooms were. On top of that they were reasonably priced, especially on New Year's eve. I had the pleasure of meeting the head of the housekeeping division, Melissa. She was super professional, I specifically liked how she pleasantly communicated with her staff. Melissa's tone and direction was respectful. It is no surprise that the housekeeping folks worked so well together under Melissa's leadership.  Her team had to work around the two weddings suits and we didn't make it easy for them. All around amazing experience!!! Do not waste your time going to any other hotels in Sturbridge/Central Mass, this property and their staff deserve 10 stars.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Rooms very clean and modern. Very quiet. Super comfy beds. Breakfast was very good. Would def stay again and recommend.

It was an enjoyable stay. Clean and stylish room. We played in the pool over there. Delicious breakfast. People there are polite and friendly. I would love to go there again.

So far so good! Very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Love the pancake machine! 2 days into a 6 night stay.

My wife and I stayed here in the beginning of January on a Friday night. We reserved a regular King room but were put in a King suite. The hotel is brand new and the accommodations are very nice and updated. Plenty of outlets to plug into and lights to make the room as bright as you like. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was a typical complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in 91 or 84 through Sturbridge.
