I attended a professional event. This is the first time I have been to this hotel for anything. It was really well kept. It had a newer feel to it for an established hotel. If I were a guest, I would stay here over night.

Amazing Service!!! A great hotel made new. This is a very green and environmentally friendly hotel. As an IHG member you get points for not asking your room to be serviced everyday. Of course other hotels do this but then when you ask them for extra shampoo or conditioner it become like a sort of begging session. NOT so at Holiday Inn Johnson City, when I explained that I have very long and difficult to manage hair, Kelly and Tabitha offered a hand full of both to me. These small gestures of generosity matters when you are away from home. Keep up the great work!

We DJed an event there in one of the smaller rooms. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice.

We have our lunch meeting there once a month. The staff is always warm and courteous. The new renovations are beautiful. They got a new chef and the food was so much better than it has been in the past. It was flavorful and delicious, not dry and bland.
