Mine & my husband's room was just fine, clean. The other couple that stayed there with us (in a separate room) had issues with getting the correct room & had a cigarette smoke smell in the correct room (motel was supposed entirely smoke free) with a cigarette butt on the floor & a burn in the sheet. When we told the clerk, he was very nice & immediately made a note of it & discounted that room. Otherwise, a very nice stay & I would recommend it to others.

Great price for location. But that's where the positives end. Signs all over hotel said 100% smoke free but the whole area around the hotel smelled like smoke. I have a wife 2 young girls and a 4 month old boy. Called and asked for towels, toilet paper and soap. On each occasion, front desk told me to come down and pick up requested item. Ironically there was an envelope on the desk of a guest wanted to tip their room attendant. Suggested $2-$5 per day. Whaa???!! Where was that person during my stay. Hotel should have have me $5 for all those trips to front desk. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel for the price. Love the fact they have safes in room but don't like the fact I have to pay extra to be able to use the safe. The rooms are always clean.

Very friendly staff. I had no problem getting extra towels. The only hotel I will stay at. They have a bowling alley in walking distance.

Housekeeping friendly 2 be expected with the East TN hospitality. Did get bedbugs here while our weekend stay 3.10.2018 which sucks now our belongings will have to stay. Cheap looked nice but with the bedbugs also came the JCPD here 2 of the 4 nights we stayed 5 or 6 cars blocking the parking around 11pm and 12 pm different nights goes to show you this is a local drug trap very low key so heads up they r watching although you may not see them at all till they are beating your door down if that's your thing. My opinion is you get what you pay for here.
