Wonderful Stay. Good sized, cleaned room. Staff's were good. During my stay the first day I had a problem with my laptop and Mr. Stephen arrange to fix it. Special thanks to Mr. Stephen. Daily housekeeping is good. Coffee maker and refrigerator was available in room. Overall it was a nice time.

Modern, great decor and atmosphere. Excellent staff and service. Dinner menu is excellent as well. Rooms are clean, neat, tidy, roomy and comfortable. Breakfast items need some work however. I would stay there again

Awesome staff, Excellent food in the Hub, loved the black out curtains to sleep, my room was clean and fresh smelling when I arrived, and they even had a Free toothbrush since I forgot mine. Attended a wedding reception for family, the room was breathtaking, food was delicious, waiters were always accommodating to my needs. I can't have half and half in my coffee, so I asked for skim milk. It was brought to me while my coffee was still hot in a cute little china cup. Definitely recommending to family and friends!! Loretta helped my family arrange everything and had ALL the answers.

Horrible experiences with the front des. Tiffany whom is unpleasant, condesending...plain rude and unprofessional to a fault. I am a business owner who travels frequently and was a regular w. colleagues in Mount Kisco. This location has changed interms of customer service hospitality over the last month and is getting worse. Rooms are well kept. Housekeeping, and the bar lounge is great. This woman named Tiffany at the front desk whom I asked kindly to have some extras brought up to my room as there were a few things missing. She had me wait infront of her while she picked up the phone chit chatting disclosing not relating topics to her job and gigling with the person on the other end. No I will be right with you or even telling the caller obviously her friend to hold on. I was attended to 7 minutes after as per my watch. This was not the 1st. The next day I asked her about renting their event room for a fundraiser. Tiffany kept her head down as she flipped her blonde hair and continued on the computer while mumbling " It is apparent that I only handle the front desk". I asked her to repeat then she rudely raised her voice and assertively stared at me and said" I dont do that". I was at my wits end and demanded to speak to the manager at once. She looked and me and said he isnt available right now you hv to deal with me and that she was currently supervisor of the front desk. I was livid and was going to write corporate at once. Most hv been non friendly at the front desk but never this terrible. I was ready to record Tiffanys unprofessional attitude until a lovely young lady who said her name was Infinity came to the front desk and guided me the right person to help with my Fundraising event in the planning. Infinity's smile lit up a room very professional, kind and resourceful. Then I remembered that Infinity had helped me before. Seams like someone I'd like to hv at our corporation being that my company revolves around Marketing. She said she's a university student w a year from graduation in similar major. I gave her my business card and told her please call at our NYC location upon graduation or summer internship. I mentioned her to colleagues and one had an event their while staying and also said that Infinity Had gone above and beyond to help them that night even passed her regular duty to make sure their stay was comfortable. Be clear that Infinity is one of the main reasons I will be returning. Her charismatic spirit and professionalism makes you feel a sense of care, warmth and security when you enter the lobby. Unfortunately for this Tiffany woman if she is not a temp but permanent she will be a part of the down fall for Mt. Kiscos holiday in Customet Service which is Imperative to every business as it is the face of the company or organization. Shame on the Inn for having such unprofessionalism and sense of entitlement exercised through Tiffany at their establishment.
