Even though this hotel is recovering from Hurricane Harvey, Aug. 29, 2017, guests are continually greeted with a smile and with experienced talents. Food is good, rooms are comfortable, and employees see guests as Friends first, and guests who keep us going strong !!!!

Great experience every time I visit this city. I stay here every time I come home to visit family. Clean rooms, great customer service, and friendly employees.

Location was perfect. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but they let us check in at around 11am. The business center was well equipped. The staff were all very courteous. The room we stayed in had a microwave. The fitness center had a broken treadmill and the stepper probably could use some wd40. Only one bad thing happened during our overnight trip and that was upon leaving the back door ripped my boyfriends dress pants. Would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone.

Pool was nice. Did not try the restaurant. Needs a convenience room. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Rooms could use a bit of modernization.
