Nice apt inside but the moment you get moved in it's like pulling a child's teeth to get them to come and repair things. I am baffled at the way this place is maintained and managed.

I love loving here that girl with the long hair I think her name is Maria is always available to talk and is on top of all the maintenance issues. My apartment is really nice and big. I aint tripping like all these haters on the reviews hating you might owe rent. as far as me I like it here and think Maria needs help but she gets it done

STAY AWAY. worst apartments in the state of Texas. Management comes into your apt without telling you. I've had nothing but problems and maintenance sucks. I have a gigantic hole in my restroom ceiling, literally above my toilet, and it leaks dirty water every time my neighbor from upstairs flushes her toilet (and it isn't her fault) so I'm unable to use my own restroom in MONTHS bc nobody wants fecal matter dripping on top of your head and running down your back while trying to use the restroom. my whole apt got flooded bc the water heater leaks, went inside all my closets and ruined my stuff. I literally can't use any of my closets which is really an inconvience bc all my stuff is in the living room. I only have 1 burner on my stove that works and it's the smallest one! My refrigerator acts as a freezer and my food is always getting frozen. Oh and bc the apt leaked constantly all the tiles on the floor came off! And MOLD EVERYWHERE, which causes the apt to stink. I have had nothing but problems since moving in.

Very nice AND CLEAN..I MOVED HERE LAST WEEK AND THE MANAGER MARIA IS VERY NICE I FELT AT HOME TALKING TO HER SHE MADE SURE MY APARTMENT WAS READY FOR MOVE IN DATE I LOVE HER EVERYTHING IS FANTASTIC i WOULD RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO EVERYONE❤❤❤❤
